LBH Refund and Cancellation Policy

SALES: No refunds or exchanges will be given on open stock paper. Sales are final. Exchange or store credit can be issued for unopened items upon approval, excluding seasonal items.

LBH Buffet Cancellation Policy:

Class fees are non-refundable. However, projects can be moved to another LBH Buffet date or taken as a kit to be completed at home. BluePrint Guide instructions will be sent via e-mail for kits. Exchanges will only be made within the season of project. Paid kits will be held at the store for 30 days. If you cannot pick up your kit within the 30 days, you may request that the kit be shipped to you at your expense. No Credits issues without 48 hours notice. Credit amount expires after 90 days.

Specialty Workshop Cancellation Fee:
Class fees are non-refundable.  If the Specialty Workshop has a kit, kits will be available for pick up after the workshop is completed. Blue Print instructions may not be available for all Specialty Workshop Kits. If canceling 48 hours prior to the workshop, then credit can be transferred to a future workshop date or store credit will be issued. No credits issued without 48 hours notice. Credit amount expires after 90 days.

Create-a-thon Cancellation Policy:

The $40 fee is non- refundable. However, if canceling 48 hours prior to the event date then credit can be transferred to a future Create-a-thon date. No credits issued without 48 hours notice. Credit amount expires after 90 days.
