It is an altered cabinet door...a beautiful transformation, don't you think?!?
Here is what the doors looked like when I found them...

And here is a closer look at them transformed...I chose to add the clip so that I could easily change out my feature piece, it could be a photo, a special momento, or even my most recent card creation. I love how vesatile it could be!!!

Calling all December Scrapstashers!!!

This month we're going to Eat, DrinK, & Be Merry....and do a little crafting too!!  We will also have a Stasher's Gift Exchange for all who want to participate. This is optional...if you bring a gift then you get a gift! Please keep the value at $5 or less.

one or two metal or plastic cookie cutters
Three 12x12 printed papers (holiday-ish)
Two 12x12 coordinating Cardstock (two different colors)
One 5x7 - Clear Acetate
Couple yards of assorted ribbon/ric rac/trim
(some to go around the pail and some scraps to tie on to handle)
24 in. of Bakers Twine
2 of your favorite border punches
Stickles (colors of your choice)
3 red jewels or buttons
4 matching brads
Tape Runner & Helmar 450 Fast Grab Glue
Ink for edges of paper
Glossy Accents
Scissors & Paper Trimmer

NOW...for the YuMMy StuFF...
Please bring a recipe for a Holiday Treat...could be cookies, candies, sweets of any kind. Write or print the recipe on a 4x6 piece of cardstock or index card. Make copies for 24 people.
Bring enough of your treat for 24 people and
we will exchange recipes and fill our pails with them
...and eat a few too!!  
Everyone will leave with a recipe and sample of each treat!!
I will provide some yummy holiday punch
for us to enjoy with our treats.

Art Group Meets This Week!

CHRISTMAS CANVAS

Our project this month will be a technique-laden holiday-themed canvas.  We will be learning new techniques as well as revisiting old ones. Be prepared to get messy and inky!

Supply List

usual basic supplies, including scissors

heat gun

10" X 10" canvas

Glossy Accents (or similar dimensional medium)

dimensional foam dots

inks - Versamark, Distress Inks (red, green and medium brown), white, Staz On white

embossing powder - white and clear

Mini Mister or small spray bottle

Perfect Pearls powder - pearl or gold

stamps - all-over floral or flourish background and script

gloves if you don't want your hands multi-colored (we will be getting inky and messy!)
