The Little Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr Blue House...closed again Thurs 2/3 :(

Well, Scott and I braved the icy conditions to go check on the LBH. About half way there we witnessed a car just a few feet ahead of us spin out of control and up onto the curb narrrowly missing a home-owner's fence...and I thought to myself, "maybe we shouldn't be doing this" but we continued on.  The LBH is covered in icy snow and the parking lot would make a perfect ice skating rink!
Per further inspection of the House, we found that the pipes are frozen (no water)....but isn't it a pretty view from the window overlooking the back yard...
Keller ISD has already announced it's closing for tomorrow and after our drive I feel it just isn't safe for you or anyone else to be driving if they don't have to be. I can only imagine the slipping and sliding that would happen in the parking lot (aka ice rink). So once again, we will be closed.  We will reschedule all LBH Buffet classes for later dates of your choice.  Just look on the bright side...we all have perfect snow pictures now for the Snow Day LO and the WinterTime Minibook.
If you haven't created these yet, good news! They are still available. As soon as we open, we will be happy to take your reservations!
For those of you who are signed up for Page Builders next week, you will be happy to know that I am working on your "CuT LiSt" and I will try to have it posted by tomorrow morning.

Please take care my friends and keep warm!
Miss Tracy :)

  1. Thanks Miss Tracy! It sure is cold outside! The little bit that I've been in....letting the dogs out to do their thing....that was good enough for me! I like the snow, I like the cold, but it is just a bit tooooooo cold even for this northern girl! You take care too!

  10. I've been busy playing in my studio:). I moved everything around to accommodate all the newly organized ribbon and embellishments. My paper is patiently waiting in piles for help from the LBH gals and your brilliant ideas. I'm excited to read the next post.

  15. I am really trying to stay up. Thank goodness I used fabric instead of my scrapbooking paper to mop up the water from my burst ex-frozen pipe.....but all is fixed...so I can start sorting (again) One question. I have really nice solid cardstock like from LBH and then I, also, have shall we say "cheap" solid paper. Do I separate this but into yet another sub-catagory? Thank you mmiss LBH
